If you own or are responsible for the maintenance of any buildings or property, you would need to cover the fabric and fittings against damage – both wilful through vandalism or accidental.
Types of buildings could include places of worship, meeting halls or other storage facilities.
You would need to include fixtures and fittings such as fixed seating/pews, pulpits, fonts, bells, stained glass, catering/kitchen fittings, outside lighting, tanks or plants which are external to the building.
Also, the theft of external metals and consequential water damage is an important consideration.
